Have you noticed that the gym has gradually turned into a fashion show?
There are many reasons I don’t go to the gym anymore, but failing to keep up with the latest fit trends is one of them.
I always feel so inadequate in my tatty trainers, threadbare leggings and faded vests. And how come my gym kit always comes out of the bag as creased as Dot Cottons face whilst the other gym bunnies prance around absolutely flawless?! No fair.
“Just buy some new ones you tight arse” – you may well argue. And yes, I could, but when the budget for clothes is low to begin with, I’d rather buy a new dress or shoes than some gym gear which to be honest, Is just going to get sweaty and minging if you work out hard enough anyway.
So here is my Extravagant Exercise Wishlist followed by a much more realistic Economy Exercise Wishlist.
